Our Story
In the heart of our journey lies the shared experience of struggle, determination, and a burning desire to make a difference. Meet Madhav and Raman, the co-founders of our endeavour, who understand the firsthand trials and tribulations of job seekers in a new country.
Madhav and Raman, both Schulich International MBA graduates, arrived in Canada with dreams as vast as the sky. Yet, the road to employment was a challenging one. They faced barriers familiar to many newcomers - the haunting absence of "Canadian experience" and the daunting upfront costs demanded by various consultancies.
With over a decade of combined experience working with clients around the globe, Madhav and Raman had honed their skills, but the Canadian job market remained elusive. It was at this crossroads that the idea for our mission was born.
Driven by a shared passion for helping unemployed candidates and a deep commitment to positively impacting lives, the founders set out on a new path. They understood that finding a job should be a journey of empowerment, not despair.
